🚪 A new door would be nice but not all of us have the money to buy one. I am in the same boat as this customer but we managed to fix this door and get it working again, saving the customer £££££

Some parts can be obsolete/discontinued and some parts are definitely not available to get from a local DIY store. If the door is still in decent condition, we can sort the locking mechanism out one way or another to save you from paying for a new door.

🚪Customer in Chesterfield couldn’t open his front door, we managed to get it open with no damage caused and fitted a new part to get it all working again

🪟 And finally in Sheffield, customer was selling her house and 2 of the windows wouldn’t open so we fixed the issue ready for the new owners
