✨ BRAND NEW PROJECT! ✨

We're super excited to share with you one of our latest completed projects in Tunbridge Wells!

In development over the last couple of years, this project involved the demolition of an old bungalow and replacement with a new detached Georgian Villa style property, with attached double garage and associated landscaping.

This property is the picture of opulence and features 4 en-suite bedrooms, games room, study, utility, walk in pantry and a beautiful covered loggia with skylights 😍

Some fantastic news from the office this week! 🥳

We have been successful in gaining planning approval with Robinson Escott Planning for a lovely detached property on a sustainable site in Sevenoaks, and also within a Conservation Area.

The new dwelling uses split levels to help deal with the level changes of the site and will comprise 4 bedrooms over 2/3 storeys.
