We're delighted to share a ✨️ BRAND NEW ✨️ completed project that has just been added to our portfolio!

We were appointed to carry out the technical working drawings package and BRPD role for this contemporary new build project in Eynsford, as well as discharging various planning conditions and other schedules/reports.

Featuring a dramatic double-height entrance hall, full-height glazing, integrated garage, double-aspect open-plan kitchen and dining room, five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, the property has been finished to a very high specification and makes use of environmental additions such as solar panels and EV charging.

We're thrilled with the final result and hope our clients enjoy their new home in an absolutely stunning setting! 💚

It seems to be one approval after another at the moment! 💪

We're delighted to have received planning consent for internal layout alterations, changes to the rear elevation and a new terrace to this beautiful property in a Conservation Area.

The changes will improve the relationship between internal living spaces and the rear garden, as well as improving the building's energy efficiency, accessibility, functionality and appearance ✨️

Another week, another approval 🤭

We were so excited to achieve planning permission for our clients for the construction of a detached replacement dwelling, along with solar panels, garage, landscaping and new driveway.

This was a sensitive one to navigate with the site being in the Green Belt and Kent Downs National Landscape, so the design means that the overall footprint is largely the same as the original dwelling, however due to the pitched roof, the volume has been increased to provide 4/5 en-suite bedrooms.

A great result! 💯

We hosted our Macmillan Coffee Morning on Tuesday to coincide with our Employee Ownership Trust staff meeting - because important conversations are made infinitely better by cake!

There were some amazing bakes from the team and together we raised £185 for an amazing cause - Macmillan Cancer Support. Thanks for getting involved everyone! 💚

This covered loggia with skylights was a key design feature for our clients in Tunbridge Wells - it means they can continue to enjoy the outdoors even as the evenings draw in!

We think it's such a useful but also stylish feature - imagine sitting out here and watching a storm roll in! 😍

We were absolutely thrilled to get this planning approval across the line last week for this lovely Locally Listed house in Sevenoaks!

This is for a huge extension across all floors to the rear and side of the dwelling, plus alterations to the roof line, new roof lights, dormer windows, PV panels, internal alterations and extension to the garage.

We had to pay very careful consideration to the heritage aspect of this property, retaining the original brickwork facade and sensitively adding any extra footprint 💚
