Meet Mark 👋
If you’ve ever called Everheat, there’s a good chance you’ve already spoken to this man!
He’s really enjoying chatting and helping the many customers we’ve built up over the last 20 years!
Mark is my father-in-law and the man behind a huge amount of the day-to-day admin that keeps Everheat running smoothly.
He works from home, answering the phones, dealing with enquiries, keeping on top of paperwork and generally making sure the rest of us know where we’re supposed to be and what we’re supposed to be doing! 😂
A lot of what Mark does happens behind the scenes, but it makes a massive difference to us as a business — and he’s been a huge help to me personally as we’ve grown.
So this is just a little appreciation post to put a face to the voice on the phone and say thank you, Mark!
