Due to so many customers asking about kitchen fitting alongside our extensions, we’re really excited to say we’ve now sourced a beautiful range of high-quality kitchen units to offer as part of our service!

After a lot of searching, we’ve found a supplier with some stunning solid European ash options and premium finishes that give a real high-end feel
— but at the same prices as the well-known high street suppliers.

We’re passionate about giving people more choice, better quality materials, and a more personal design experience.

We’re currently setting up a space to showcase some units and would love some feedback from friends, family, and previous customers.
We can now create full 3D Articad kitchen designs so you can properly visualise your space before making any decisions.

As a little thank you for supporting us while we launch this new side of the business, we’ll also be offering some introductory deals for our first customers 😊

If anyone would like to have a look at some designs or chat about ideas for their kitchen, just drop us a message.

Not all conservatory roof replacements are like for like 🔍

We’re speaking to more homeowners who’ve received a range of quotes — and it’s important to understand what’s included.

This finished picture is used in many websites and is a roof replacement and build that WE completed in Ryhope 10 year ago.

At Revive Property Solutions, we install Guardian thermally efficient lightweight roofs.
These are designed to properly insulate your conservatory and make it usable all year round.

✔ Fully insulated structure
✔ Designed for long-term performance
✔ Keeps heat in during winter & out in summer
✔ Finished to a high standard inside and out

While some lower-cost options may look similar from the outside, they don’t always provide the same levels of insulation, durability or finish.

We take pride in doing things properly — backed by our 5⭐ reviews and quality workmanship on every job.
So if you’re comparing quotes, We can beat your like for like quotes and we’re happy to explain the differences if not so you can make the right decision for your home.

We went to Wrocław for a nice, relaxing break…

Meanwhile SOME people can’t walk past a roof without doing a full inspection 👀
Just out here inspecting roof ridges like he’s on a job 😂

Who’s like this on holiday?
Can’t switch off & analysing EVERYTHING
🍹 Or fully in holiday mode?

To be honest it was the perfect place for admiring the architecture ( and roof tiles.)😂

Guardian Warm Roof Installation in Murton, Seaham – Completed in Just 3–4 Days

We’ve just completed another high-quality conservatory roof replacement in Murton, transforming this tired, outdated roof into a fully insulated Guardian Warm Roof system.

The old conservatory suffered from common issues – too hot in summer, too cold in winter, and poor energy efficiency. In just 3–4 days, we installed a brand new tiled warm roof, creating a comfortable, usable space all year round.

✅ Fully insulated Guardian warm roof
✅ Energy-efficient and thermally compliant
✅ Stylish tiled finish to match the property
✅ Plastered internal ceiling ready for decorating
✅ Completed in just a few days with minimal disruption

This upgrade has completely transformed the space into a proper extension feel rather than a seasonal room.

If you're based in Murton, Seaham, Sunderland or Durham and thinking about upgrading your conservatory, a Guardian roof is one of the best investments you can make for comfort and energy savings.

Do you agree that this beautiful roof lantern completely changed the kitchen extension?🌟

A clean flat roof design finished with a modern roof lantern to flood the space with natural light.

The bifold doors open the whole room up, creating that perfect inside-outside living space

From structure to finish, this one was a pleasure to bring together — and the end result speaks for itself.

We can't wait to share the finished inside pictures .

Would you pick bi-fold or sliding doors on your extra living space ?
