The client has had two recent ‘new roof’s done in GRP fibreglass which had both failed.
One roof built on top of another.

We ripped everything off as shown the boards are saturated.

/All new timber firrings cut on site,
/18mm ply wood
/V***r control layer
/150mm kings pan insulation
/Completed with a sarnafil single ply system.

Full CPS certified certificate given on completion✅

/Another phase of work completed on these council bungalows in county durham.

Water ingress coming through to the old worn concrete gutters.

Huge dampness caused through water dripping into the cavity wall and finding its way into the the property.

Zero insulation making the full length of the bungalow a cold spot and making the dampness/condensation get worse over the years.

All removed, timber work formed, plywood then kings-pan insulation bringing the works up to correct regulations. All new white facia, black deep flow gutters, downpipes, bird deterrent eve guards etc. All clay tiles fitted on completion.

We are looking at expanding our clientele, and will be more than happy to help with any upcoming projects you may have!

The works were to fit and flash/leadweld 70 brackets to carry solar panels using code 7 Lead.
(would not be seen from ground level.)

Sarnafil single ply system completed this week in bedlington.

An EPDM rubber roof had been recently done and failed.

Another roof had been since been formed on top with new firings, new ply deck and just painted in black paint and flash banded joints.
Photos shown.🫣

Wet vac used to drain the water then full rip off back to rafters.

New Sarnafil single ply ‘warm roof’ fitted with a certified CPS certificate given to the client on completion.✅
