Aglow Climate Systems Ltd is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team.

📍 Based near Scunthorpe, with work across England
🛠️ Commercial and residential installations
❄️ Split, multi-split and VRF systems
🏢 Mitsubishi Electric experience highly desirable

You’ll need:

✅ Proven air conditioning installation experience
✅ Current F-Gas qualification
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Experience with brazing, pressure testing and commissioning
✅ A professional approach and good site safety awareness

CSCS, PASMA, IPAF and VRF experience are desirable.

About the role:
We carry out design, installation, service, and maintenance of air conditioning and VRF systems for commercial and residential clients across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire, and wider Northern England.

What we're looking for:

✅ F-Gas registered (or working towards it)
✅ CSCS card holder
✅ PASMA and iPath certifications advantageous
✅ Reliable, enthusiastic, and takes pride in quality workmanship
✅ Based within a reasonable distance of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire

☀️ The sun is out and temperatures are climbing — here are our top tips to keep cool this summer!

❄️ Set your air con to cooling mode now, before the real heat kicks in. Don't wait until you're sweltering!

🌡️ Keep your ideal temperature between 20–22°C. This keeps you comfortable without overworking your system or hiking up your energy bills.

🪟 Close blinds and curtains during the hottest part of the day (usually 11am–3pm). Less heat coming in means your system works less.

🔄 Use your system's fan mode in milder weather. It circulates cool air around the room without full cooling, saving energy.

🧹 Check your filters are clean. A blocked filter reduces efficiency and makes your unit work harder than it needs to.
