What a transformation! 👌🚽
Before we could even start creating this downstairs WC, there was a lot of preparation involved. The first step was having the gas meter relocated to the outside of the property, allowing us to make the best use of the available space.
The customer wanted a practical downstairs toilet, so we transformed this under-stairs cupboard into a compact but comfortable WC.
The work included:
✅ Creating a brand new downstairs WC
✅ Installing a new soil stack
✅ Running new waste pipework
✅ Installing new hot and cold water supplies from the kitchen directly in front of the room
✅ Core drilling the wall ready for the electrician to install an extractor fan
The customer is now adding the finishing touches with a fresh coat of paint and new cushion flooring, which will complete the transformation perfectly.
