In early 2023 we embarked on a journey with Glenesk 1 (give them a follow!) A ground floor one bedroom, tired & poorly converted apartment in an Edwardian Villa in the heart of Woodhall Spa.

Redesigned and upgraded to provide unique short stay accommodation, three years later this is one of three apartments that we have sympathetically converted with the history of the building and the local area at the forefront of the project.

During September we won a couple of awards for a project we completed earlier in the year at The Granaries in Scopwick.

A two storey extension comprising of garage and master bedroom and a single storey extension to form open plan living, kitchen and garden room.

North Kesteven District Council Building Control awarded us a Certificate of Excellence, entering us into the LABC Building Excellence Awards, the largest business to business awards in the building control sector, recognising quality, competence and a commitment to driving up standards across the construction industry.

We are pleased to share we received a 'Highly Commended' in the Regional Best Residential Extension category recognition for building excellence in the delivery of outstanding construction and workmanship
