Apartment 2 complete on car view hall slights
Grade 2 listed building

New solid hardwood windows installed including 3x box sash windows traditionaly made to spec the previous windows.

Brand new casement bay window fitted and all finished with resin/sand based sealers

All internal work finished using the previous window shutters and paneling reinstated.

Fully certified and finished to planning specifications.

One huge refurbish and re glaze job complete in scalby village. All upvc units changed for morleys intergrated blinds some electrical some manual.

Completly refurbish iroko conservatory new lead valleys new guttering all around, replaced rotten areas with iroko barge boards newly made beads all around for 24mm glass all fully electric with ultra tint glass. One of a kind dont think its ever been done in the uk.

Every room now has its own remote for opening or shutting or adjusting each piece of glass for lighting to suit.

New acoya window to the front and again all electric morleys glass to the front.

Over 70 pieces of glass changed and nearly 90m of beading done and re cut into the timber components. Job well done.

Some old patio sliders out today after customer constantly drying the floor from leaking constantly and changing to right handed french doors and twin links in this 30 year old conservatory.
