Another commercial project handed over: the new One Stop on Eastborough, Scarborough.

A complete fit out covering commercial glazing, ventilation, refrigeration, flooring, ceiling grid and back of house services — all designed, coordinated and installed by Nexus.

With every trade employed in-house, there were no gaps between contractors and no delays waiting on third parties. The store opened on programme, ready to trade.

Hello and welcome to Host and Beyond!

We're really excited to introduce our newly established holiday let management company. Although we're a new business, we have decades of experience in hospitality and have been managing and maintained properties for years. We know what it takes to keep both owners and guests happy, and we're passionate about providing a service you can genuinely rely on.

Our aim is simple – to help you get the most from your holiday let while taking away the stress of managing it yourself. From guest communication and bookings to housekeeping, maintenance, inspections and pricing, we take care of everything so you don't have to.

What really makes us different is our hands-on approach. We don't just arrange the cleaning and hope for the best – we personally check every property after it's been cleaned to make sure everything is spotless, well presented and ready for your next guests. If something isn't quite right, we sort it before anyone walks through the door. We believe it's the little details that make a big difference.

Whether you're new to holiday letting or you're looking for a management company that offers a more personal service than your current provider, we'd love to help.

It started rough.
