It's World Mental Health Day. 💚

In this trade, there's a lot of "just crack on". Long days, lone working, and not always much room to admit you're finding things hard.

It's something Pete feels strongly about, so today's just a reminder: it's OK not to be OK, and it's always OK to talk.

If you work in the trades and need someone to talk to, the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity's helpline is free, confidential and open 24/7: 0345 605 1956, or text HARDHAT to 85258.

Check in on your mates. 💬

Be honest, which one are you? 😂

Something goes wrong with a window or door and suddenly you're mentally pricing up replacements before you've even found out what's actually wrong.

But a fault doesn't automatically mean the whole thing needs replacing. Sometimes it can be repaired, and that's exactly why it's worth getting the problem looked at first. 🔧

So if you've got a window or door doing something it definitely shouldn't be doing, send us a photo or video and tell us what's happening.

We can then advise on the next step.
A, B or C — what would you do first? 👇

Reel Directive
A) Ignore it and hope for the best 😂
B) Google how much a new window costs 😭
C) Find out if it can actually be repaired 🔧

We vote C. 👀
