A project we have recently completed to combine separate kitchen and dining rooms into a large open space kitchen/diner.

This project involved significant structural alterations, this required us to support the upper floors and stone walls whilst we removed the existing lower stone walls. We then installed new structural steel beams to open up and combine the rooms to give our client a large airy space.

Alongside this we also carried out retrofit installation works to a large portion of the house ensuring our client has a warmer home and peace of mind they will have significantly reduced heating bills.

As promised here is a special project we were working on throughout 2025!

Duncan's parents bought The Seachest and it needed some serious work....

The house was in a terrible condition but with hard work through the days, nights and weekends, what a transformation it has been.

Just goes to show with some foresight, hard work, determination and patience you can turn any building into a beautiful, warm, welcoming home.

Well that's us finished up for 2025 and what a year it has been!

We have employed some more excellent staff and we have more vehicles but probably the highlight of this year has been getting our workshop set up at Garthspool, an excellent central space for our guys to have the space to work on all our various projects.

Its been a very busy year for us and we are ever thankful to all our lovely clients and suppliers, we hope you all have a peaceful Christmas and New Year and we will see you all in 2026! 🎄
