🏆 FULL TIME: SWAY FC 2–2 SANDOWN & LAKE

What a game! Our First Team come away with the win after a 2–2 draw and a 6–5 victory on penalties away at Sway! 👏⚽️

A proper battle from start to finish, with the lads showing plenty of character to keep going and get the job done in the shootout.

Huge credit to everyone involved, and a massive thank you to Swayfc1908 for the hospitality and a competitive game. 🤝

⚽️ 2–2 after 90 minutes
🎯 6–5 on penalties
🏆 Sandown & Lake through!

Well done lads!💛🖤

Question, did anyone see Sonny Mulholland bullet header?🤣

Front patio transformation giving this bungalow a huge kerb appeal. Perfect porcelain and stone match. Walls capped off with sandstone was also a nice touch!

One of my favourites! Basic, but the best. Sometimes all you need.

Clean brick finish, bi-fold doors, and a sky lantern flooding the space with light. Resitrix roof for a rock-solid, long-lasting finish, and underfloor heating with liquid screed laid ready for the client to finish the internals.

This project pushed us to our limits at times, but as always, we saw it through and got it done as always!

Take a look at the before photos! 😅

The job overran by a couple of months, largely due to persistent water ingress from the neighbouring property combined with weeks of continuous rain. The damp-proofing system originally specified turned out to be unsuitable, so we changed approach and installed a Type C cavity drain system — managing the water beneath the floor rather than fighting a losing battle trying to stop it at source.

This job was a huge learning curve for us with regards to pricing and timescales.

Externally, we moved away from the standard finish and used cedar cladding, with a deliberately fascia-and-soffit-free detail for a cleaner look. Inside, the project was finished off with a Howdens kitchen. In short — everything that could be upgraded or improved along the way, was.

Extension after extension! 💥

Our speciality.
All done by us as always!

Seamlessly tied into the existing property. This one added a new bedroom and en suite, giving our clients exactly the extra space they needed.

Another project finished, and as always very happy clients!

✨ Small Extension, Big Impact! ✨

We’ve just completed this lovely little addition to complement the character of the home. By knocking through to the kitchen, we’ve created a seamless flow that makes it feel like it’s always been part of the original design. Also adding a new sandstone patio to make it really pop!

The result? More light, more space, and a home that just works better for everyday living.

Take a look – we love how it blends in perfectly!

Another extension done and dusted – actually finished a while back, but we have had scaffhold up for the main roof and repointing.

Old garage out, new space in – and every inch put to work. From the outside it looks small, but step inside and it’s got it all: new kitchen, knock through to a separate living space, en suite, and a double bedroom.

Proof that the best transformations aren’t always the biggest. 💥

Full roof replacement, along with a major fire safety upgrade. While the scaffold was in place, we took the opportunity to install a comprehensive firewall between the properties, delivering a 2-hour rated firebreak for added safety and compliance.

A new Velux window has also been installed to enhance natural light and ventilation.

A great result for the property, improving safety, efficiency, and overall appearance.

Another big job wrapped up for a repeat customer!
We completed a large retaining wall driveway with full structural integrity:

🧱 Engineer-designed footing with rebar & mesh
🏗️ Pot blocks filled with concrete & reinforced with steel
🚛 Moved approx. 40–50 tonnes of material
💧 ACO drain installed at the back to handle water runoff
🎨 Finished with HP12 basecoat and masonry paint
🚧 Added a small fence to complete the look

Solid, clean, and built to last 👌
