5 bedroom house for sale in Blackwater, Isle of Wight, PO30 for £795,000. Marketed by Spence Willard, Cowes

27/04/2026

A little sneak peek from on site today at this stunning new build ✨

This build has been an absolute dream to work on — a beautiful retreat filled with peace and surrounded by nature. Walking through the garden feels like stepping into a fairytale 🌿 A true wildlife haven that gently leads down to the River Shide, where ducks drift by, birds sing sweetly, and bunny rabbits hop freely all around you 🌿🦆🥰🐰🍃

There’s still time for the future owner to make it their own, with options to choose the kitchen layout, floor option, patio tiles, and even add a bespoke garage or workshop.

Such a beautiful home in the making — can’t wait to add all of the finishing touches 🩵💚
