Scaffolding down on our latest triple re-roof project completed by MCG Roofing Contractors. 🏠🏠🏠

A full overhaul was carried out across all three properties, including:

• New fascia, soffits & guttering• New loft insulation to all three properties• Full ventilation systems installed to meet current building regulations• New breathable membrane and treated battens• New leadwork to two chimneys• Chimney re-rendered on one property• Finished with Sandtoft plain tiles

All works have now been fully signed off by Building Control.

Another quality installation completed and ready to stand the test of time. 👊
