Not everyone can look at a floor plan and immediately imagine the layout of a home, and that’s completely understandable – we’re all wired differently!

That’s why we can create 3D walkthroughs like this for our clients, giving you the chance to move through the design, understand how the rooms connect and get a much better feel for the space.

It can also make those design decisions a little easier when you can actually see what you’re working towards.

100 jobs won so far in 2026! 🙌

There are plenty of numbers we could talk about, but behind every one of them is a client who has trusted us with their home, business, land or next big project and we never take that for granted.

It’s been an incredibly busy year so far, and a huge thank you has to go to the whole DMA team for the hard work that goes into every project.

Thank you as well to our clients for putting their trust in us, and to the builders, consultants, suppliers and other professionals we work alongside who help us get these projects moving in the right direction.

And with 53 planning applications approved over the last 12 months (plus two successful appeals!), there have definitely been a few reasons to celebrate in the office. 🥂

We’ve still got three months of 2026 to go… let’s see where we finish!

If you live in Haslington, you might have spotted one of our designs come through your letterbox recently! 👀

We’ve been working with Haslington Parish Council on ideas for the future of the Gutterscroft Centre, including this concept for a modern, flexible community facility.

The proposal is now featured in the Parish Council’s 2026 Community Survey, giving people living in Haslington, Winterley and Oakhanger the opportunity to have their say on what they’d like the future of the centre to look like.

We always enjoy being involved in projects within our local communities, so it’s great to see the conversation now being opened up to the people who could ultimately use the space.

We are proud to share that we have been shortlisted for ‘Small Business of the Year’ at the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business Awards 2026. 🙌

This recognition reflects the hard work of our whole team, the projects we’ve been lucky enough to work on and the relationships we’ve built with our clients and other businesses across the area.

As a small business based in Sandbach, being recognised by our local business community means so much.

A huge well done to our team, and a thank you to our clients and everyone we work alongside who continues to support DMA.

There’s something very special about seeing a project you’ve worked on officially open its doors.

Helen was at The Wingate Centre in Wrenbury this week for the official opening of their new ‘Wingate Holidays Wing’, a project we’re incredibly proud to have designed.

The new accommodation has been created specifically for people who need fully accessible facilities, including families with disabled children, adults with SEND and people with complex physical needs.

It was great to see the finished space being celebrated and to watch Aphra Brandreth MP officially cut the ribbon.

We love working on these types of projects, which allow more people to do the things that many of us take for granted.

A big congratulations to everyone at The Wingate Centre who has worked so hard to make this happen. We’re very proud to have played our part.

No two days are ever the same at DMA.

Some days are spent with the team in the office, others take us out and about across Cheshire surveying, meeting clients, networking or exhibiting.

And quite often the plan for the day changes before we’ve even finished our first coffee!

It keeps us on our toes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 😁

A big thank you to everyone who stopped at the DMA stand at the Cheshire Business Exhibitions this week.

We had some really good conversations about everything from new projects and property plans.

It was great to hear what other businesses across Cheshire are working on and what’s keeping everyone busy at the moment.

We also need to congratulate Chris Roberson, who went home a winner with our bottle of Prosecco! 🥂

It was great catching up with the likes of Alex Thurston, Mark Read, Mark Young, Darren Gallimore, Beth Beggs, Dawn Read, Sarah Holden, Charlie Ashmore, Kirstie Edwards, James Beckett, Mark Tromans and Emma Lowe.

And of course, thanks to Leon Broster and the Cheshire Business Exhibitions team for having us and to everyone who took the time to come over and have a proper chat with us.

None of these are photographs of finished homes. They’re 3D visuals of designs created for our clients. 🏡

When you’re looking at plans on paper, it can sometimes be difficult to imagine exactly how your dream home or desired extension will look.

3D visuals give you a much clearer picture. You can see the proportions, materials, windows and overall design before any building work begins and make changes while they’re still much easier to make.

For our clients, it’s also a chance to get a first proper glimpse of the home they’ve been imagining.

A good end to a busy week at DMA!

Daniel was at the Crewe Alexandra Football Club networking event this morning, catching up with familiar faces and making some new connections.

Meanwhile, Evan was out on a survey and managed to make friends with one of the residents! 😂

And to finish the week on an even bigger high, we've had three planning applications approved today!

Not a bad way to end the week. Happy Friday everyone!
