Winter fruit tree renovation by 30% pruning and reducing. These tree are around 30 years old and have missed the regular pruning and maintenance cycle which would have kept them neat, tidy and productive. This work will have immediate benefit in the growing season and further regular work will improve them further over the next few years. Fruiting trees need the same conditions as most other plants: light, space, a good movement of air and regular attention. I look forward to sharing the progress that these trees make over the spring and summer. ❤️🌳

Happy Days ... completed chainsaw certification today. Course by Roland Heming at Motcombe. Really pleased with how it went and now able to use chainsaw for small felling, cross cutting and other tree work. Well done me😉.
