Our current full refurbishment is coming along nicely, so far we’ve installed a new boiler, new consumer unit, knocked down the wall between kitchen and diner to create a much nicer space for the new kitchen installation, installed a steel beam, lifted all floor boards on ground floor, replaced all rotten joists, insulated the floor, plastered all of upstairs, installed new Upvc sash windows and a composite door.
