I haven’t posted on here for so long. Much of my work this year has involved projects where I have not been able to get finished photos…yet.
But take a look at this recent restoration on a beautiful danish low armchair. Hard wax oil and tinted wax, replacing the seat straps and a refresher to the seat pads. Beautiful 😍

🧡 I love natural wood finishing. One of the reasons I went back to it. Acrylic clear coating a few jobs in a 20% sheen. Just enough to not distract from the beautiful oak detail 🧡
PS…I know I should post more often 🤦🏽‍♂️ To some it comes natural but I have an odd relationship with social media. I’m on it, I look at it, but it gets me stuck 😂 Anyone else have that?…

One from the archives. This oak fronted kitchen in Salisbury was given a new lease of life in a beautiful dark blue colourway. Spray
finished to match Howdens Navy with new satin brass hardware.

New white solid worktops and tiling offset the bold darker shade😀 Leaving a few oak details really adds contrasting elements.

I pride myself in attention to detail. Every project deserves it. This project was no different. An amazing family on the edge of Alton, Hampshire wanted to refresh their space, increase storage and utilise the majority of what they had. New island, new cabinet hardware, new storage and a new colourway. Spray finished in colour matches to John Lewis of Hungerfords' Verde Antico and Old Bell House. Hand painting of the pantry shelving and storage.

Loved this transformation on a country oak kitchen near Fordingbridge, Hampshire. Bringing it a new look and feel with a colour match to Farrow and Ball, Purbeck Stone. A simple matt sheen, keeping the existing handles but giving the space a much lighter and fresher look.
