This boards change was completed as part of an EICR (Electrical installation condition report) requested by the buyers of a flat in Wilton.

On inspection it was clear that the old fuseboard was not up to standard and failed on various regulations, including the below:

🏠 A house or ground floor flat having no RCD protection on sockets then C2
(replace CU)

🛁 A lack of supplementary bonding in the bathroom and no RCD protection on all bathroom circuits then C2 (replace CU)

🪛To be able to remove fuses without the need of a tool C2 (replace CU)
