So this is what happens when people put a cement render on a cob lime rendered wall, if your lucky enough to be the custodian of a property, with age and using these materials, please ensure you use a craftsman who has the appropriate knowledge, so the building or structure will survive.

This was a small cottage bedroom job for a friend in Downton earlier this last year. The ceiling was re boarded and skimmed the old cupboard removed and extended by about 2 meters and the floor boards taken up floor strengthened new chipboard put down with cement board then underfloor heating put in with floorboard effect tiles ontop. All in all a nice little job,
