We had an emergency call out due to the hot water not reaching required temperatures. We found the system had savvier sludge which also blocked the plate heat exchanger.

We carried out a full magnetic power-flush and descaled the plate heat exchanger, the hot water is now working beautifully.

Decommissioned a leaking thermal store cylinder and installed a new McDonald thermal store cylinder, new pumps and controls and a new inline scale reducer, also carried out a full magnetic power-flush to remove all debris/sludge and dosed the system with inhibitor for future protection.
