We're pleased to see this 36-home development in Blyth, Nottinghamshire continue to progress following the acquisition of the site and submission of the full planning application.

Working alongside Albemarle Homes and the wider consultant team, MPSL has supported the design and development of a scheme that delivers a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, affordable housing provision and thoughtfully designed public open space.

Projects like this are always the result of strong collaboration, with planners, engineers, landscape architects and design teams working together to create places that respond to their surroundings whilst meeting local housing needs.

Great to see Wellbeck Gardens continuing to take shape, with more homes completed and the development really starting to come together.

A lot of hard work has gone into the scheme from the wider team and it’s been great to see the progress Forge New Homes have made on site.

Great to see Waverley Park progressing into delivery 👏

Our team has supported the scheme from early concept and planning through to construction detailing — working closely with Eric Wright Civil Engineering and the wider project team to help bring the project forward.

The £2.7m programme will deliver a new play area, pump track, refurbished football pitches, improved landscaping and new pavilion changing rooms — all aimed at creating a more accessible and vibrant space for the local community.

A strong example of what can be achieved through collaboration, with design, delivery and funding aligned to make a real impact.

We’re looking forward to seeing progress on site over the coming months.
