Well folks, this small under stairs toilet area we formed a couple of weeks ago.
We had to run sewer pipe under kitchen floor for this and connect in to original outside
Finished the room off with pvc ceiling and walls.
Back to wall toilet and a neat cloakroom vanity 👌
We made an access door in the hall for the meter board

Old fence was replaced with a new 1.
Planters made round the fence area.
Small decking area made for plant pots.
Small flagged area done for a green house.
Another small flagged area for bin storage.
Main patio area pointed, drainage channels put in.
Some of the garden area levelled off with new soil.

It’s still been all go.
Trimmed a house out in belfast.
Took a chimney stack down from roof to ground floor, plastered walls up etc..
hung a few doors this week and fitted some flooring in a loft that was about 50 degrees 🥵🥵
