💡 Bollard Lighting Installation 💡

We were tasked with improving the lighting around this front garden to provide additional safety and visibility for an elderly client, particularly as there is no existing street lighting outside the property.

We dug a trench and installed armoured cabling to 4 stainless steel bollard lights, evenly positioned along the pathway to provide a consistent spread of light.

The lighting is controlled by motion sensors at either end of the pathway, allowing the lights to come on automatically when needed and provide safe access after dark. 🌙

Another practical installation designed around the needs of the client, while keeping the garden looking neat and unobtrusive.

Plaster in LED profile / lighting installation 💡

— something we always suggest to clients when having skylights installed to add that extra bit of atmosphere without having the main lights on.

It gives off a really soft, subtle glow in the evenings and adds a nice premium feel to the space.

Today’s job: Wiring up this outdoor sauna! ⚡️🧖‍♂️

We ran a new dedicated circuit straight from the main consumer unit to a weatherproof rotary isolation switch. From there, we wired up the hot tub control box and heater to get everything running perfectly.

As always, the new installation was fully tested, verified, and certified to comply with regulations✅

We love a customer who’s well prepared! 👌

With those dark winter nights approaching, this customer got in touch to have security cameras and security lighting installed around their property — helping improve both visibility and security. 💡📹

As always, we work around our clients’ budget and specification. On this project, the priorities were practicality, reliability and, as always, a neat finish.

We’ll be back in a few weeks to complete the next stage of the project, including wiring up the new pond equipment and installing decking lighting with wireless switching. 🌿✨

⚡️ PROJECT COMPLETE | RYE HARBOUR ⚡️

What started as an EICR on this commercial property quickly turned into a much bigger remedial project.

After years of various DIY additions and alterations, we identified a number of issues that needed addressing to make the installation safe.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been working out of hours to complete the works to ensure there was no disruption to the business.

Another project a step closer to completion this week. ⚡️

We carried out a full lighting upgrade throughout the property, including:
💡 Removal of the existing light fittings
💡 Installation of new LED downlights in the lounge, bedrooms and first-floor hallway
💡 Centralising and fitting new light fittings in the ground-floor hallway, second-floor hallway and bathroom
💡 Installation of new Aico mains-powered, interlinked smoke alarms

Lighting can make a huge difference to the look and feel of a property 💡

We also future-proofed the property by pulling in new feeds for the upcoming garage conversion, which will become the new kitchen later this year, along with feeds for LED strip lighting in the lounge coving ready for when the ceiling has been plastered& decorated .

Planning ahead makes the next phase of the renovation much smoother. Looking forward to returning later in the year to complete the next stage. 👌
