Last week, Ainsley popped into the office to introduce the newest (and cutest) member of the extended CFS family… baby Bella 🍼💚
It was also the first time our new office team of 6 had all been together, so it felt like the perfect time for a little team introduction!

✨ Emma – Business Support Administrator
Your first point of call at CFS Systems, helping keep the office organised and supporting the team with day-to-day admin and coordination.
✨ Ainsley – Project Coordinator
Coordinates our larger project jobs, ensuring works are organised, delivered smoothly, and remain compliant throughout.
✨ Rebecca – Jobs Coordinator
Manages reactive works and small works jobs, keeping engineers scheduled efficiently and clients updated.
✨ Rachel – Service Coordinator
Looks after maintenance scheduling of your systems and helps ensure clients’ systems stay compliant and operational.
✨ Ruth – Finance & Accounts Coordinator
Handles everything finance, from accounts and invoicing to supplier management and keeping everything balanced behind the scenes.
✨ Natalie – Managing Director
Oversees the overall running and growth of CFS Systems, introducing new systems, improving processes, driving strategy, and supporting the wider team across all departments.
Safe to say Bella approved of the team already 👶💚
