We’ve had a few enquiries about heating not coming on. With the mild weather, your home may already be warmer than your thermostat setting. Ours was 21°C this morning without the heating on! 🌡️

When ask us to complete work for you. You are agreeing to pay upon completion of work.

You will receive an invoice that has the information of all work carried out , itemised costs and total owed.

We accept:
✅ Card (our engineers have secure payment card machines)
✅ Cash
✅ Bank transfer
✅ there is even a QR code on the invoice to pay

You have 24 hours to make payment before your invoice goes to outstanding payment⛔️.

💰The price is the price whichever way you pay it all goes into the business.
We are trying to survive like everybody else!
Non payers or pay when YOU want to is breaking the agreement and crippling a business!
‼️The tax man💸, staff wages💸, pensions💸, insurance💸, petrol 💸ect. They will not wait to be paid ask your self would you work for free? The amount of time we are wasting chasing for payment which should have been paid is effecting other parts of the business.
