Double patio installation, previous one the rainwater was running to the house causing damp issues, even air bricks were at ground level allowing water to enter, we have raised these too.

Up in the God's today ripping off old rotten fascia board, the upvc over the top had already fell off in the winds.
Old timber out, new in, and new upvc on.
Also dry verge had failed so new mortar in.
Finished with sealant.

4 days of hard work in red hot 🥵 🔥 heat.
Installed a hit and miss fence with challenging levels.
