We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial carpentry, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This role involves constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and molding.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a carpenter.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and tools.
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Supportive and collaborative work environment.
