Work has begun on upgrading a system today, removal of 3 vaillant ecomax 35kw boilers that have done 26 years of hard graft. We are installing 2 vaillant ecotec plus 64kw boilers and separating them from the system with a plate heat exchanger to prolong the life of them.

1st stage is underway with the removal of one of the old boilers and installation of the first new boiler and the plate heat exchanger 👨🏻‍🔧

Several weeks ago we condemned this boiler with instructions it was not to be turned back on. We revisited on Thursday last week and found it had been serviced and a new G10 seal fitted and boiler back on? Apart from new G10 nothing had changed, prv was seized solid, rust to seals and gas pipe and casing hadn't been cleaned or noted? The company that did this is supposedly in the top 3 professional companies in the Isle of Wight. 4th one by this company, next time I name. I have re isolated the boiler and if it's brought back into action I will contact Gas Safe and HSE with a RIDDOR.

2 more water bottle filling stations in and fitted in addition to the one fitted Monday at the park / public toilets at Cliff Gardens in Lake. The 2 new ones are, 1 at Eastern Gardens in Sandown and the other at Hope Road toilet block in Shanklin, all proving very popular. Thank you to all involved for trusting Focus Plumbing and Heating with the works.

Very enjoyable day today, we have been entrusted with the fitting of 3 new water bottle filling stations. A bit of planning and a bit of accurately marking and drilling...First one in..a dolphin drinking station...it's what we do..🧑‍🔧🙋‍♂️

Completed today, new wall panelling and out with the old Wallgate urinals, new pipework and fitting of stainless steel urinal trough with Cistermiser flush controls...it's what we do 👍🧑‍🔧🙋‍♂️Focus Plumbing and Heating.

OK people's, we had a phone call yesterday and it went, hello we have a washing machine valve that's leaking. Can you send someone to fix it? OK are you one of our customers? No we are not. Who services your boiler? That doesn't matter they don't do washing machine valves. Sorry we are not able to take on new customers at the moment I am sure your regular gas engineer/ Plumber can sort it, thank and good bye. They forgot to turn phone off...WHAT A F***ING Island..all F***ing morons was commented to someone else with her...

We get an awful lot of these lately..please remember when you phone we log your phone number..
