Small extension project - Before, during and after.

Take a look at this small domestic extension that we have designed for a repeat client.
Built off the footprint of an existing unused conservatory, the space has been transformed into a modern, insulated garden room that can be used all year round. The extension is clad externally in a dark slatted composite cladding for a contemporary, maintenance free finish.

Amazing building work by Sam Roberts 🙌🏻

House extension/transformation project - before, during and after images! Take a look at this amazing house extension/transformation project that we have designed near Chester. Our clients approached us wanting to extend and modernise this dated looking 1970's detached house and increase their living space. We have designed a large wrap around extension to the side and rear to create a large open plan living, kitchen and dining space, with large glazed openings to maximise light and connect the house with the rear garden space. A silicone render finish has been also been added to the exterior to completely change the look and feel of this property, transforming it into a stunning modern home.
