Not a typical brief, but one we really enjoyed working on.

A golf simulator room, set up as more of a social space than just somewhere to hit balls – bar, kitchenette, WC alongside it.

The tech dictated a lot of the design, influencing the size, height, setup. The rest was about making it work as a room you’d want to spend time in.

This is the third simulator space we’ve designed in the last 18 months or so. Easy to see why they’re becoming more popular – golf, without having to leave the house and face the Great British Weather.

Good to see these coming to life for CB Homes.

It’s a tight plot, so the focus was on making sure both homes feel like they’ve got space – not just internally, but in how they sit alongside each other and the neighbouring houses.

From there, it was about creating layouts that work well day to day.

Simple on paper, but a lot sits behind getting it right.

The kitchen and contemporary side extension have completely redefined how this home is lived in.

Wrapped in striking red zinc, the new addition opens up into a generous, light-filled space designed for modern, open plan living. What was once a series of smaller, disconnected rooms is now a seamless, sociable environment—perfect for everyday life and entertaining alike.

This space has truly become the new heart of the home.

We’ve recently completed the full remodel and renovation of this beautiful Arts & Crafts home, paired with a striking contemporary extension finished in red zinc. The contrast between the traditional character of the original property and the bold modern addition creates something really special.

Planning approval secured for a new indoor padel facility in North Wales

We were originally involved in the wider refurbishment of this disused industrial estate, helping bring the buildings back into use. Now, working with the incoming tenant, plans have been approved to combine six units into a large-scale indoor padel club.

A great example of repurposing existing buildings to create something new and active. Looking forward to seeing this one come to life.
