Due to recent expansion we are looking to recruit a customer support operative. We are a small company with a large online presence with a friendly flexible working environment.

The role will mainly involve taking customer calls and chasing up deliveries, but will also include helping out with checking product deliveries into stock and packing shipments to go.

Skills will need to include a good telephone manner, computer literacy in Excel and familiarity with receiving, organising and sending emails.

The role would suit a well organised individual able to juggle and organise tasks appropriately. It does need to be 5 days a week, but hours could suit a parent with child at school if local.
