Full renovation in Worthing, four weeks start to finish. All-white suite out, brushed brass and natural stone in, warmer tones throughout instead of the flat white it started as.

Same footprint, same window and radiator position, completely different feel achieved through fittings and finish rather than moving walls around.

Good word from a customer means more than anything we'd say about ourselves. Richard's review sums up what every job's meant to be: turn up on time, do the work properly, and be straightforward about it start to finish.

That's the standard we're aiming for on every job, not just the ones that end up as a review. ⭐️

Before & After ✅

Old shower cubicle and tray came out completely, along with the tiling, which was replaced with shower boards. New tray goes in level with the floor rather than raised on the old step.

That step doesn't sound like much until it's the thing stopping someone getting in and out safely. This customer couldn't manage it anymore, so lowering it was the priority as much as anything about how the room looks.

Bath out, walk-in shower in. It's one of the most requested jobs we get, and it's rarely just a straight swap. Three changes usually come with it.

A level entry you can walk straight into, large-format tiles that mean far fewer grout lines to scrub or go black, and a comfort height toilet while the room's already being worked on. Small changes that add up to a bathroom that works better day to day, not just one that looks different.

Before & After ✅

This radiator moved to a different wall entirely, not just swapped like-for-like. Pipework's run surface mounted rather than chased into the wall or floor, since the customer didn't want either disturbed.

Both approaches work fine. Chasing gives a fully hidden finish but means cutting into the wall or floor, surface mounted skips that and still runs clean if it's done properly, like the copper run here.

Concealed valve set into travertine-effect panelling, bath fitted flush against the wall with no gaps to catch water or dirt at the join.

Simple, clean finish, but every edge and connection behind it has to line up exactly for a room to look this settled.

Three stages of the same room. Stripped back to bare walls and protected flooring, then the concealed cistern and bath going in with first fix pipework still exposed, then tiled and finished with the wall panels up.

Floor still to go down at this point, so the bath panel and taps haven't gone on yet. Those go in last, once the floor's laid and levelled underneath.

Built with accessibility in mind, this one's designed to work for anyone, whatever their mobility. Level threshold means no step to clear getting in, fixed screen instead of a door means nothing to pull open or hold steady, and both the shelf and shower handset sit within easy reach from a seated position.

Small changes like these make a real difference for anyone with limited mobility, using a shower stool, or wanting a bathroom that'll still work for them in years to come.

A concealed cistern hides all of this. Waste pipe, cistern unit, flush valve, all boxed in and tiled over before the flush plate and pan ever go on.

It's a bigger job than a standard toilet swap, but it's what gets you a clean wall-hung finish with no visible pipework. Matte black flush plate to match the rest of the fittings in the room.
