ver 30 years and are well established within the lift industry. City Lift Services (North West) Ltd are members of the Lift and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and have been for many years. As a company we pride ourselves on providing excellent and prompt customer service whether it be to a passenger lift, a stairlift or any other type of lifting equipment and the loyalty of our customers is testament to this. We currently provide our services to many nursing homes, factories, office buildings, residential apartment blocks, shops as well as many private domestic disability equipment located within customer’s homes. We also have ongoing contracts with Halton Borough Council, Halton Housing, the Regenda Group, Knowsley MBC, Tameside MBC and Oldham Council all of whom we have been working with for many years. City Lift Services Ltd guarantee only to provide fully trained Lift Engineers to carry out all works. Each of the City Lift Service Engineers have electronic PDA units to ensure prompt delivery of any service reports for actioning to our office staff and, of course, all have mobile telephones so constant communication is always available to ensure rapid responses. Also, all of our vans are tracked so the engineer’s location is always available and can be referred to when dealing with breakdowns to ensure the engineer closest is dispatched immediately.
