So, how do you say and spell it?

In the Evoke workshop today we are having a discussion about the right way (🤣🙈) to say and spell Mom/Mum.
I have always said Mommy/Mom. My Mom says Mom and Andy has always said Mom, but his Mom says Mum. Our daughters have always been Mommy/Mum. Then talking to the girls in the salon at Rachel Lamey Hair and Beauty the majority of them say Mum.

Rest assured at Evoke Creations we can make your personalised items either way, but what do you think is the correct way?
