• Architectural Finish: Built with anthracite aluminium windows, sliding doors, and bifold doors. We incorporated built-in storage with flush doors that flow seamlessly with the vertical cladding.

• Outdoor Living: The area includes custom seating with rendered planters, floating benches, rain-screen fencing, artificial grass, and integrated ground lighting to tie the entire theme together.

From Planning to Completion 🔨

We recently wrapped up this complete kitchen remodel as part of a full property renovation.

The biggest challenge? It was on the top floor. Let’s just say carrying a massive quartz worktop up multiple flights of narrow stairs is a great alternative to a gym session. We almost had to call a crane just to get the tea bags up there.

What a sight in Dartmouth Harbour this morning! 🛳️

The Silver Wind, on its voyage from Lisbon to London, arrived early this morning!

And it’s a great reminder of how lucky we are to call this town and harbour home. As others hop off to spend their day exploring, we get to stay and enjoy this place every single day.

And we’re glad the weather brightened up for them too, so they could see Dartmouth in all its glory.
