We brought our incredible Stepnell team together for an unforgettable day of collaboration, recognition, and celebration! From thought-provoking panel discussions to interactive team challenges (defusing a bomb, anyone? 💣), this event was all about engaging with our amazing employees and celebrating their successes.

The energy in the room was fantastic as we recognised outstanding achievements and reflected on our shared values. Breakout sessions on social value, health and safety, and sustainability sparked meaningful conversations, while the awards ceremony spotlighted the remarkable dedication and talent across the company.

Works at New Kingsland are progressing rapidly toward completion! The site itself has presented unique challenges with its tight space, requiring precise planning every step of the way.

This project has involved the demolition of an existing church to make way for 16 new homes, including houses and apartments, contributing to the local community’s growth and development.

We are proud to announce the completed of refurbishment works at Oxford Brookes University, enhancing teaching spaces and upgrading safety features, further showcasing our education sector expertise.

This marks our 6th and 7th projects with the university, highlighting a strong, ongoing partnership.

Procured through the Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment Framework, the team worked closely with local partners including MGAC, ADP Architecture and Maylarch Environmental Limited.

Mark Tugwell, deputy director of estates at Oxford Brookes University, commented: We are pleased to have worked with Stepnell on this project as they have helped to make this a reality and understand the importance of ensuring work was completed in time for the new academic year.

Northampton Market Square Enhancements for West Northamptonshire Council was awarded 'Infrastructure Project of the Year' at the Procure Partnerships Framework National Project Excellence Awards last week.

Our team's dedication to social value, stakeholder engagement, and overcoming heritage and archaeological challenges truly set this project apart. Highlights include a perfect 45/45 Considerate Constructors Scheme score and impactful community engagement, from supporting local schools to collaborating with charities.

This project marks a major milestone in revitalising Northampton, transforming the historic Market Square into a vibrant, community-centred space. A huge congratulations to everyone involved in making this project a success!

🎉 Last week we were thrilled to host the topping out of the trailblazing new boarding house project at Bilton Grange Preparatory School marking a major milestone in the future of 21st-century prep-school boarding!

This state-of-the-art building is designed with children's comfort and modern lifestyle at its core, from light-filled common areas, and a helter-skelter-style slide connecting four levels, the new boarding house is all about combining comfort and fun.

Headmaster Gareth Jones shared that this project will realise the School’s sector-leading vision, offering an unrivalled boarding experience that caters to every child’s needs.

We are proud to announce the successful completion of St. Bernadette’s Rugby Club in South Bristol—a landmark project that exemplifies our commitment to community transformation and social value.

By leveraging the Procure Partnerships Framework, we forged strategic collaborations with Bristol City Council and local stakeholders to deliver a state-of-the-art sports facility that will serve as a hub for youth development and community engagement. This project has not only enhanced local infrastructure but also generated over £3.17 million in social value, far exceeding initial targets.
