Removed original tiles, ridges, batten, leadwork

Installation of new breathable 145gsm membrane, FSC and BS5534 roofing batten, GRP secret bonding gutters, leadwork, eaves support trays, tile ventilation, dry hip and ridge system with hip support trays and insulated loft to current regulations.

Tiles and accessories mechanically fixed to current regs

Blooming heck! 😳

We’ve had A LOT of new followers over the last few days… where have you lot come from?! 😂

So I suppose I’d better introduce myself 🤭🫣

I’m Sarah — owner, founder, driving force, occasional crazy person and very much the realist, down-to-earth human behind The Lash Lounge Hair & Beauty Boutique. 💕

I basically came into this industry as a fetus. No word of a lie. I’m pretty sure I was born with my mum holding her hairdressing scissors. ✂️

Okay… slight exaggeration, but you get the gist.

My mum, Wendy — who still works alongside me in the salon — has been a hairdresser pretty much my entire life. And naturally, I wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with the beauty industry. 😂

Travel was my thing. 🌎✈️

So I became cabin crew and spent 16 years flying around the world.

Turns out though, being asked “Are we there yet?” and “Can I have another drink?” several thousand times eventually loses its sparkle… so somehow I ended up exactly where I swore I wouldn’t.

And here we are. 😂

Today I’m a lash & brow tech, aesthetic practitioner and educator, and somewhere along the way The Lash Lounge became so much more than just a little salon.

I believe beauty should be affordable and accessible.

I believe a little can be more than enough.

I’m definitely not afraid to tell you NO if I don’t think something is safe, suitable for you or capable of giving you the result you want.

And I absolutely will NOT take your money just for the sake of taking it.

Customer service, client experience, safety and long-lasting results are what matter to me.

I wanted to create somewhere you could come for all your hair and beauty needs, but more importantly, somewhere you can walk through the door and give that big sigh of relief.

Our surroundings might be beautiful, but there will never, ever be anything pretentious about my salon.

Come as you are.

You’ll be welcomed. You’ll be comfortable. You’ll probably overshare. We probably will too. 😂

And before you know it, you’re no longer a client — you’re one of us…

Recent re-roof by KDW Roof Maintenance in Bilton, Rugby. Marley ACME single camber clay tiles in mixed brindle, with Burnished clay ridge and hip tiles.

Removed original clay tiles, ridges, batten, leadwork and spray foam insulation!

All rafters scraped and cleaned down and new timbers installed where required.

Installation of new breathable 145gsm membrane, FSC and BS5534 roofing batten, dry GRP valleys, Clay plain Roof tiles with new ridge tiles, leadwork, eaves support trays, ventilation, dry ridge system and Manthorpe Linnear dry verge

All tiles and accessories mechanically fixed to current regs with over 4000 38mm clout nails used!!
