🧸 Whilst Duncan was hard at work... Hugo had other ideas! 🏊

Duncan was busy replacing a broken oil filter, purging the oil pipe and venting the system to get this customer's pool boiler back up and running.

Meanwhile, Hugo decided his most important job was carrying out a... pool inspection. 👀

Thankfully, he remembered he's a quality inspector, not a lifeguard, and managed to resist taking a dip! 🐻💦

Another happy customer, another heating system back up and running, and another successful day for Team Hughes.

🔧 It might not look like much... but this is where the magic starts.

A first fix is one of the most important stages of any plumbing installation.

Before the walls are plastered or the tiles are fitted, we carefully install all of the pipework that will eventually bring your bathroom, kitchen or heating system to life.

Although it's hidden once your project is complete, it's the foundation of everything that follows. Taking the time to get it right now helps ensure everything works exactly as it should for years to come.

It's not the glamorous part of the job, but it's one we're incredibly proud of.

After all, great workmanship starts long before the finishing touches are added.

Thankfully, the installation passed with flying colours.

Underfloor heating is one of those jobs where the workmanship is hidden once the floor is finished, so getting it right first time is essential.
