Big project underway in cotesbache 🔨

We've been busy getting the groundwork sorted ready for a new porcelain patio.

So far we've:
✅ Dug out the area
✅ Brought in and compacted around 18 tonnes of stone
✅ Built new retaining walls using heavy-duty blocks
✅ Installed a land drain
✅ Blackjacked all retaining walls for extra protection

A lot of the work on jobs like this is the preparation that nobody sees once it's finished, but it's what makes the difference between something lasting years or causing problems later on.

Next up is the ACO drainage and then we can finally start laying the porcelain 👌

A transformation completed recently for a good mate of mine.

New sandstone patio and pathway installed to freshen the garden up and make the space much more practical.

Another project completed this week in Rugby taking 2 days 🔨

Construction of a new front garden wall and pillar using matching facing bricks, finished with granite coping and pillar cap.

A great improvement to the property's entrance and a tidy finishing touch to the front garden.

Another small transformation completed this week in Rugby 🔨

Old worn steps removed and rebuilt with new facing brickwork and fresh slab treads to give the entrance a much cleaner and safer finish 👍

Railings are due to be installed separately by the fabricator to complete the project.

Really happy with how this one turned out!

Bank holiday Monday graft in the heat ☀️💪

Pillar rebuild completed today over in Brownsover after it was hit by a car. Damaged brickwork carefully taken down and fully rebuilt using new matching bricks to tie back into the existing wall 👌

Nice quick turnaround on this one and great to see it back looking smart again.

Few progress pics of the 100m² patio and two pathways we’ve been working on over the last few weeks 👌
Despite the rain the last couple of days, we’re nearly there now and hoping to get it wrapped up this week!
Big transformation on this one — around 30 ton dug out and 26 ton of stone brought back in 😅💪
Looking forward to getting the final pointing done and seeing it all cleaned up.

Back on site today for a returning customer 👊

We originally completed the brickwork here back in January when this was nothing more than a concrete slab.

Today we were back to install 2 courses of blue engineering brickwork to the front of the new office, ready for floor insulation, screed and the new door installation.

Looks incredible now ! Some building this will be when completed
