We recently restored the exterior windows and conservatory on a listed building in Petworth. The owner wasn't sure if the windows could be saved or needed replacing altogether.

After a proper inspection, our team sanded back and removed any loose or rotten wood, replaced the affected sections with new timber, then filled, sanded, primed and undercoated before two top coats of Dulux Weathershield Exterior Satin.

The result should hold up for another 5 to 10 years, and meant our client avoided the cost of a full window replacement on a listed property.

When something needs fixing, the repair is only part of the cost. The rest is your time, finding someone who's free, explaining the property from scratch, waiting on a quote, coordinating access.

7 years ago, Darren founded DWPM to give homeowners and businesses a single, hassle free, point of contact for property owners/managers.

Darren started out as a painter, long before DWPM was founded, later qualifying as an electrician moving him into repairs and wider maintenance work. Along the way, he understood how complex it can become for someone to juggle all the trades, without the technical knowledge of timings and what needed to be done before the next step could start.

With a breadth of knowledge across multiple trades, Darren decided to create DWPM to help solve this issue. He brings his know-how and project management skills to residential and commercial projects, so you have one contact who manages everything and a skilled team ready to get the job done.
