😡 CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW THIS COMPANY IS GETTING AWAY WITH THIS?! 😡

🚨 PLEASE SHARE! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WHAT PHOENIX ASSESSMENTS & TRAINING IS DOING TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY ACROSS THE UK!! 🤬

This company has been approaching hardworking tradespeople, construction workers and businesses, acting all friendly, offering advice and pretending they're just trying to help people get qualified.

BUT WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!! 😱

People are going about their daily lives, working on building sites, putting in years of hard graft, with nothing on paper to prove just how skilled they really are...

AND SUDDENLY THEY'RE ACHIEVING NATIONALLY RECOGNISED NVQ QUALIFICATIONS!! 😡

👷 BRICKLAYERS WHO HAVE SPENT YEARS LAYING BRICKS... NOW GETTING QUALIFIED FOR IT!

🔨 CARPENTERS WHO HAVE BEEN SWINGING HAMMERS FOR DECADES... FINALLY GETTING THE RECOGNITION THEY DESERVE!

🏗️ SITE SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS WHO HAVE BEEN RUNNING SITES FOR YEARS... NOW ACHIEVING LEVEL 3 AND LEVEL 6 QUALIFICATIONS!

🔥 PASSIVE FIRE PROTECTION INSTALLERS... ACTUALLY GETTING THEIR SKILLS OFFICIALLY RECOGNISED!

🚜 PLANT OPERATORS... GETTING HELP WITH CPCS, NPORS AND NVQ QUALIFICATIONS!

AND THE WORST PART?! 🤬

THEY'RE ACTUALLY CHARGING PEOPLE FOR THIS SERVICE!!

THE ABSOLUTE CHEEK OF IT!! 😤

Imagine spending 20 years working in construction without an NVQ...

Then along comes Phoenix Assessments, helping you work towards a nationally recognised qualification, improve your career prospects and potentially upgrade your CSCS card!

ABSOLUTELY SCANDALOUS!! 😂

And when asked why they're doing this to hardworking construction workers across the UK, their answer is simple...

"We believe experience deserves recognition. Nobody should be held back just because they've never had the opportunity to get qualified."

THE ABSOLUTE NERVE OF THEM!! 🤬😂

⚠️ BE WARNED! ⚠️

This company is operating from Rotherham and helping construction workers and businesses across the UK gain qualifications, develop their skills and open doors to better opportunities!

And apparently...

THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF STOPPING!! 😱

Anyway...
