🔧 WE’RE HIRING – FACTORY MANAGER / BENCH JOINER (ROTHERHAM)

We’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Factory Manager to join our team at Ideal Home Improvements.

We manufacture and install high-end kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and media walls, and are looking for someone to take a hands-on role in the workshop while helping us organise and grow the manufacturing side of the business.

This is a small team environment (2–3 people), so the role suits someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in bench joinery/cabinet making
✔️ Organised and able to manage multiple jobs
✔️ Takes pride in quality and getting things right
✔️ Comfortable taking responsibility, not just working on the bench

The role includes:
– Manufacturing bespoke cabinetry
– Organising workflow within the workshop
– Assisting with deliveries and occasional on-site support
– Helping improve and expand our in-house production
