another HUGE project nears completion for LOCA Construction Limited at Darlington Station.

Darlington Station UPDATE 2026

These latest pictures show just how close to completing this huge transformation - with the striking new eastern gateway building ready, the new multi-storey car park almost finished, and the internal connection bridge now in place above the platforms.

We’ve helped deliver:

🚶 Better access in and out of the station
♿ Step-free routes and improved accessibility
🌉 New bridge links across the station

This is about giving Darlington the station it deserves - protecting its heritage while creating a modern gateway for the future.
