An extra Behind the scenes course for September!
Due to popular demand we’re happy to announce an extra ‘Behind the Scenes’ course on Monday 21st September! August and our first September courses are fully booked and we’ve had great feedback.
Monday 21st Sept 1-3.30pm
Take a look beyond the rope and behind the scenes with a special opportunity to see the nursery on a day when we’re not open to visitors. Gain knowledge and insight into seasonal tasks and projects within a relaxed nursery setting.
Refreshments will be available at the end of the tour.
£34.99 including refreshments and 10% off all plants on the day

Our first ever ‘Art in the Garden’ Event at Hooton’s Walled Nursery and what a great day it was!
Five local artists/ Florists joined us to sell their professional artwork including ceramics, paintings and prints. A great response from visitors who commented the quality of the art.
Keep an eye out with an updated for our next ‘Art in the Garden’ later on this year!

A lovely combination of Verbena rigida and Verbena officinalis ‘Bampton. The rigida was planted and the Bampton has self sown into the centre. With a special chair from Max Domi as a great backdrop.

What a wonderful write up in the garden magazine in the May edition.
Emma Kendell has captured the essence and feel of and what we are trying to build with my Dad .charlton Mumsy and my Sister Lauren family, friends and volunteers. The photos are amazing thanks to Josh Kemp-Smith and it’s great to see how much we’ve grown since the interview last year and people have been coming see the site.

Dean teaching our new student Amelia how to prick out small seedlings into a module. She is joining us from in Rotherham for her work placement.
And there’s plenty of pricking out to do this time of year!
