Time to get the camper finished. 🚐
The to-do list is getting shorter, and it’s finally starting to feel like the finish line is in sight.

✅ Two new roof lights installed�✅ Vent lights wired in�✅ External 240V hook-up fitted to the awning area�✅ Cupboard catches fitted�✅ Gas struts installed to the overhead lockers�✅ Bed area door fitted with a two-way catch and soft-close hinges
✅ 2 new tv’s and power supplied
✅ Garage walls finished in Altro white rock

Done just in time for my race meeting and British Superbikes the following weekend.

Just a few jobs left to tick off:
❌ New worktop�❌ Blinds�❌ BBQ outlet and 4-way gas manifold�❌ Garage headlining�❌ External Shower

What was expected to be a straightforward ceiling tile replacement in Martlesham Heath quickly turned into one of the messiest jobs we’ve come across.

Once the ceiling was opened up, we found years’ worth of redundant cabling, debris and rubbish resting on the ceiling grid and tiles. It was a clear reminder of how poor housekeeping and untidy installations can create problems further down the line—even finding a Coke can dating back to the 1990s!

After clearing the debris, airing out the area and ensuring everything was left clean and safe, we installed the new ceiling tiles and completed the job to the standard it should have been from the start.

Sometimes the biggest part of the job is putting right what was left behind.

Another project completed for a returning client in Ipswich. 👌

This visit included the installation of privacy manifestation film, along with a number of additional maintenance and finishing works.

The brief was simple—create a high level of privacy for the office spaces, and that’s exactly what we delivered. However, once installed, the client found it was difficult to tell whether the offices were occupied.

No problem—every challenge has a solution. We added a vision panel to the door, providing just enough visibility to see if the office is in use while maintaining the privacy the client wanted.

Another project completed at an SEN unit within a school in Lowestoft. 🛠️

This package included the installation of an MF SoundBloc ceiling alongside Rockfon suspended ceilings, delivering both acoustic performance and a clean, modern finish.

Site conditions were challenging, with very limited storage space due to the ongoing works, and the recent heat certainly made for tough working conditions. Credit to the team for keeping the project moving safely and efficiently.

Progress is coming together on our latest project in Lowestoft. 👷‍♂️

We’re currently forming the new offices, meeting room and corridor on the mezzanine level, ready for the client’s building extension.

🔹 15mm standard plasterboard to the 30-minute fire-rated partitions.
🔹 Double 15mm fireboard to the 60-minute fire-rated partitions with a deflection head detail to accommodate movement while maintaining the required fire performance.

It’s been a tough one in the heat, but the team is pushing on and the project is really starting to take shape.

Nursery picket fence installation 👶🛠️

Designed to keep children safe and secure during drop-off and pick-up times. Each section was carefully set out and fixed by drilling and tapping into the existing metal fence — giving a strong, clean finish with no unsightly brackets.

A custom gate was also made and fitted, complete with a push-bar handle for easy access.

Track Day Van ✔️

In just a few days, this van was transformed from a standard workhorse into exactly what it needed to be. Not high-spec or overcomplicated—just purpose-built and spot on for its intended use.

A new headlining was fitted to accommodate lighting and give the interior a more finished, comfortable feel. The setup is designed to safely transport a bike from home to track, while also doubling as a practical place to sleep when needed.

It’s a good reminder that not every van or camper needs all the extras to work well—sometimes simple, well-thought-out solutions are all that’s required.

Race Camper No.3 – The Solution ✅

After correcting a failed build, we stripped the van back and rebuilt it properly — saving and reusing quality components where possible and designing the layout around how the customer actually races and travels.

The result is a clean, sleek, modern race camper that is fully functional, thoughtfully designed, and built to last.

This build includes a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower, professionally installed gas and electrical systems, gas and electric water heating, a diesel night heater, and an electrically raising bed to allow full access to the garage when required. A pull-out seating area converts into an additional bed, comfortably sleeping four.

This project is a perfect example of what we do: fixing poor workmanship, delivering honest builds, and creating race campers that work exactly as they should — on track weekends and beyond.
