How warm is the UK right now? 🥵
Have you considered that even outdoor sporting venues need a good HVAC system?🎾🌡️

Whilst we all understand why indoor events require HVAC systems for:
- Participant comfort
- Spectator safety and
- Air quality
..there are some key events - such as next month’s Wimbledon tournament - that need significant HVAC in hospitality suites, player tunnels, and media areas.

We've listed 'why' here:

🌡️Heat mitigation:
Rising temperatures in late spring increase the need for cooling systems in large venues to prevent heat stress for athletes and spectators.

💦Dehumidification:
Large indoor venues often require humidity control to maintain optimal air quality and protect floors.

🌀Ventilation:
Sports halls need adequate fresh air ventilation (roughly 60 m³/h per athlete and 20 m³/h per spectator).

🔬System testing:
Before the summer season begins, many venues require air quality tests for bacteria after heating systems have been dormant.
