Project update – The Foord Almshouses Rochester!

Our project at the historic Foord Almshouses in Rochester is going really well!

It’s been lovely working here, and we’re pleased to say that all the residents are happy with how things are progressing.
We’re also being thoroughly spoilt with plenty of cups of tea and biscuits along the way!
It is safe to say we’re being well looked after.

We’re continuing with our decorating works, helping to keep this beautiful, historic property looking its best.

As mentioned in our previous post, we won’t be sharing any photos from inside the project out of respect for the residents’ privacy.

A big thank you to everyone at The Foord Almshouses for making us feel so welcome!

ENSUITE REFURBISHMENT – FINISHED!

And that’s a wrap on this ensuite!

From stripping everything back to the final finishing touches, what a transformation this has been!

The new ensuite is now fully fitted and looking fresh, modern and ready to be enjoyed.
On Thursday morning we have Crystal clean services coming in to give it a real final finish as we do on most of our jobs now.

We’re really pleased with how this one has turned out, it is amazing what you can do with a space once everything is stripped back and the work begins!

NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY!

We’re proud to announce that we are now working at the historic Foord Almshouses in Rochester.

This is a fantastic project and one we’re really pleased to be involved with.
Over the next 6–7 weeks, we’ll be carrying out decorating works and helping keep this beautiful almost 100 year old historic property looking its best.

We won’t be able to share photos from inside the project out of respect for the privacy of the residents.

Although we may be busy at The Foord Almshouses we’re still available to discuss your next project.

Ensuite Refurbishment Update!

Things are really starting to take shape on this ensuite!

After stripping everything back and getting all the preparation work done, the tiling is now complete and we’re really pleased with how it’s looking.

The room is now ready for the new ensuite to be fitted and those all-important finishing touches.

It’s amazing to see the difference already, and we can’t wait to get everything finished and show you the final result!

Another Ensuite Refurbishment Underway!

We’re excited to get started on a complete refurbishment of this customer’s ensuite!

From stripping out the existing bathroom to tiling, plumbing, installing the new suite and finishing touches.
We will be transforming the space into a fresh, modern and practical ensuite.

Stay tuned for progress updates and, of course, the final transformation!

Time for a little break!

We’re taking some much-needed time off to recharge and enjoy a well-earned rest.

We’ll be closed until Monday 31st August and will be back refreshed and ready to see you all again from 1st September.

🚿 Making bathing safer without replacing the whole bathroom!

Just completed a bathroom project for a lovely couple who were struggling to get in and out of their bath safely.
They had been told that they needed a complete bathroom replacement, but they didn't want that disruption, also they didn't need it.
We've removed the bath and installed a easy access shower with seat and grab rail.
The bathroom had been tiled over 20years ago so we couldn't match the tiles but the customer was more than happy to have white tiles to fill the area.

👍 Another bathroom made safer, more practical to use without an unnecessary full refit.

Always good to have clean services follow up with an amazing clean after our building works.
