Progress continues at Imperium House.🧡

The ground floor tanking system is now well underway, with membranes, drainage channels and floor insulation being installed before screeding begins. Once this stage is complete, we’ll move straight into the internal partitions, first fix electrics, data and M&E before closing everything up and moving on to the finishes.

First-floor progress is moving quickly as the finishing stages begin to take shape.

Decorators are preparing the walls, ceilings, doors, architraves and skirting, while the plumbers complete the bathrooms. From the standalone bath and concealed cisterns to the wall niches, elegant tiling, modern door finishes and feature radiators, every detail has been carefully specified.

This three-bedroom home, with an additional office that can also be used as a bedroom, is now getting very close to completion. The finished result is going to look incredible.

A full transformation taking shape at our Kingsdown Way project in Bromley.

The exterior has now been rendered, the front wall is complete, and preparations are underway for the porcelain walkway, turf and surrounding hedging. Inside, the final doors are being fitted, underfloor heating is nearly complete, the kitchen is coming together, and bathroom finishing works are progressing.

At the rear, the garden is being prepared for turf, with new hedging, a full rear extension, wide bi-fold doors, new roofing, windows, doors, guttering and downpipes. In essence, almost everything here is new.

A quick look around the full site layout at our latest development.

The existing building will be converted into 11 flats, with an infill extension added to the side. At the rear, the former school courts will become 12 brand-new flats built using a steel-frame structure, while the surrounding areas will be transformed into access roads and two dedicated car parks.

We have already started preparing the site with cabins, fencing, materials and demolition works. There is a lot happening across the development, and this is only the beginning.

This family home has been fully refurbished with a rear extension, new front porch, landscaped gardens, porcelain walkways, a brand-new kitchen with quartz finishes and German appliances, bifold doors, underfloor heating, new electrics and carefully considered finishes throughout.

A full transformation, delivered from the structure through to the final details.

Progress continues at our St John’s School conversion project.

The top floor is now being fully stripped back, with old electrics, plumbing, carpets, partitions and fittings being removed ahead of the new structural works and revised layout. Even at this stage, the original character of the building is still coming through, including the exposed timber features and generous room proportions.

A full transformation is underway, and we’re looking forward to showing how this space evolves over the next stages of the project.
