Further progress on our mezzanine construction project for BE WTR, with the internal fit-out now moving forward across the upper level.

The meeting room, showroom, stockroom, kitchenette, doors, emergency lighting and stair finishes are all progressing as the space moves closer to its final operational use.

Good to see the project continuing to come together.

Further progress on our mezzanine construction project for BE WTR, with works now moving further into the fit-out and finishing stage.

Doors are being installed, painting works are progressing, electrical works continue, and remaining roof boarding is being prepared as the space moves closer to its final operational form.

Good to see another stage coming together on site.

While working in the same office as and and watching them work through live project details together, I thought it was a good moment to capture.

A small insight into the teamwork, collaboration and engineering that happens behind the scenes every day.

Structural engineering remains one of our core functions, and it is great to see the dedication, growth and commitment they both bring to the team.

Both Rugma Chand and Jithu Suresh completed their MSc studies in Civil Engineering at the University of Greenwich and have continued developing their experience through live structural engineering projects under the guidance and mentorship of our Director of Engineering, who continues to support the development of our engineering team.

📍 Luxury Rehab Clinic, Flore, Northampton

A closer look at the completed North Wing bedrooms as the refurbishment continues to move into its final stages.

The rooms are now finished, with furniture installation to follow and further styling details being completed across the site.

The artwork, pictures and interior details/theme have been finalised by .barn.interiors (Lucy - CEO), and we are continuing to work closely with and charterhouseclinic.com as the project progresses.

📍 Evelyn Street, The Hub - Lewisham

Further progress on our mezzanine construction project for BE WTR, with insulation and boarding now completed across the mezzanine.

Alongside this, machinery installation, electrical works, plastering, cleaning and ground floor painting are continuing on site. This is the stage where multiple trades are working side by side as the space moves closer to its finished operational form.

Good to see the project progressing steadily.
